Do I see myself as a leader? Most of the time, I would have to say no. Most of the time, when I am placed into situations that require leadership, I am happy to support and follow. But there are other times that I know what is best, and I step up and put myself forward. Leaders should shoulder the responsibility and blame. I do not like to be blamed for things unless it helps move the process forward. If decisions are not made, then I will step up and make one, quickly and decisively. I pride myself on my impulsiveness.
