The parable of the Body
From M.S. Crowsfeet
To All that will hear and listen.
Good day and Salutations. It is often the work of the Lord God, blessed be He, to iron out the kinks and debilitating problems that continuously plague the church that he established long ago. The men of earth are so broken and destabilized that they often judge others based upon their own broken sight of what God, blessed be He, wants.
I am here to say that no man has gotten it right.
For the Spoken Word of God cannot be fathomed by broken ears and hearts. Thus a written Word was given. It is often these written words that are given the most issues and false pretenses. Wars and death have been started and ended over the written word. Corrupt leaders and political mongers have seen to it that the written word is seen justly as they lie an oath to God, Blessed be He. This message that I pass to you comes from an earthly apostle of God. From his first letter to Corinth.
Just as a body, though one, has many parts, but all its many parts form one body, so it is with Christ. For we were all baptized by one Spirit so as to form one body—whether Jews or Gentiles, slave or free—and we were all given the one Spirit to drink. Even so the body is not made up of one part but of many. Now if the foot should say, “Because I am not a hand, I do not belong to the body,” it would not for that reason stop being part of the body. And if the ear should say, “Because I am not an eye, I do not belong to the body,” it would not for that reason stop being part of the body. If the whole body were an eye, where would the sense of hearing be? If the whole body were an ear, where would the sense of smell be? But in fact God has placed the parts in the body, every one of them, just as he wanted them to be. If they were all one part, where would the body be? As it is, there are many parts, but one body. The eye cannot say to the hand, “I don’t need you!” And the head cannot say to the feet, “I don’t need you!” On the contrary, those parts of the body that seem to be weaker are indispensable, and the parts that we think are less honorable we treat with special honor. And the parts that are unpresentable are treated with special modesty, while our presentable parts need no special treatment. But God has put the body together, giving greater honor to the parts that lacked it, so that there should be no division in the body, but that its parts should have equal concern for each other. [26] If one part suffers, every part suffers with it; if one part is honored, every part rejoices with it. Now you are the body of Christ, and each one of you is a part of it. And God has placed in the church first of all apostles, second prophets, third teachers, then miracles, then gifts of healing, of helping, of guidance, and of different kinds of tongues. Are all apostles? Are all prophets? Are all teachers? Do all work miracles? Do all have gifts of healing? Do all speak in tongues ? Do all interpret? Eagerly accept these gifts.
Verily, I say unto you that follow the singular God. Child of faith, just as you are broken into many pieces because of your evil, so is the Bride of Christ. She is something that ought to be united and whole and perfect, but a window that is made of broken shards cannot be made whole by lumping more broken pieces on it. It takes a true miracle, or remaking it entirely, to change the broken glass back into the window that it is supposed to be.
Thus let it be said unto you again. Just as there are hundreds of nations with differences in creed, cultures, and traditions, so it is with the Bride. For there is no worldly church that has believed correctly. There are some that read and know the word of God, yet they fail to carry out his works of evangelism. There are those that go and work for God, and yet they cannot hear his voice. Then there are those that simply follow the tradition of going to a church because it is what their family has done. There are also those that go to socialize with those that follow, they hope to gain the favor of a boss or a partner to impress upon. All these issues and many more are reasons that every man-founded church, the division of the masses, and unity of the broken, shall not know God’s will.
Although mankind is divided is wounds me to say that these divisions of believers do not trust one another because their beliefs tell them that another philosophy is the wrong way of life. What may work for one broken soul may not work for another broken soul. Such a pain that life can be. Those that seek unity seek to silence those that are at disagreement. If these Christians felt like brandishing their weapons i believe that they would fight to prove that they are right. Thank the Father that his wisdom prevailed and allowed division to happen so that one belief structure would not reign supreme, that would bring about another set of problems.
The division of men is good, for the broken mankind. Within that division, a unity to worship the Father, blessed be He. For He knows all and can see the outcome beyond space and time.
