To Herschal,

It is an odd idea to spite someone or something. A man would cut off his own nose just to spite his face. The same is true of Christians with their relationships with the unsaved or unanointed. If they were to receive a gift or pleasantries from someone that they deem to be lower on the totem pole, they will purposely go out of their way to make sure that the damaged relationship does not get fixed. Friends and family that actively seek to know more about the saved (I say the word with utmost disgust). Those that wish to know more of the christians that long to be in a relationship, are often put to the side by the haughty Christian. It is an idea that we have been putting into practice for some time. Instead of telling the unbeliever that they do not need God, we instead tell the believer that they do not need to share. It has been an experiment  that has been going on for the last fifty years. “Why should I share with others what God has so in hand?” “If God is all powerful then surely He has a plan to save my friends that isn’t me.” Such things are said to the normal christians, to those that are already susceptible to our words. If the average christians do not share the words of their supposed Father then how much do they really love their salvation?

Take this idea to heart and implement it with your current clients.

Sincerely Nailbed
