Star Wars Lightsaber duels

Hello and good day to you. In case you were wondering, I am Zac, The In Constant Writer. Over the course of my writings I have been influenced by all sorts of media. Movies, TV shows, Anime, Novels and histories, Myths and Legends. 

I am currently working on a new star wars story and I would like to take a crack at some analysis of some of the more interesting bits of Star Wars that I find to be good and helpful in my current writings. So thank you for taking the time to read, I understand that it would be easier to watch and listen, but that would only diminish our own imagination when it comes to remembering fond memories.

Part 1 – Obi-wan vs. Darth Vader

After the Millennium Falcon gets captured by the Death Star’s Tractor Beam, Obi-wan Kenobi sets off to disable the beam so that the Falcon can be released and the crew can escape.

Obi-wan manages to turn off the beam and sneak all through the Death Star all while not being seen by any of the Stormtroopers. Darth Vader senses his old master’s presence and is immediately drawn to him. Vader lays in wait at the hall that connects to the Falcon. His Lightsaber is drawn.

The two masters meet in the hall, one of Good and one of Evil. A long awaited battle ensues, blue against red, Guardian against Sith. These were once brothers and now they fight as enemies. Each strike of the saber against the other leads to more vicious blows as the two masters push against each other back toward the Falcon.

It is here that a door is open and across the hanger, a farm boy, a rescued princess, a rouge, two droids and a hairy wookiee are seen quietly making their way up the rampart of the Falcon. Obi-wan has seen the farm boy and locked a look with him, for he knows of the boy’s origin, and he knows that it is time for him to pass the torch of heroes on to the next generation. Though it will mean his mortal life, and what may seem like a victory for evil. Obi-wan lowers his defenses and trusts himself to the Force as Vader delivers the killing blow. Vader’s swing goes through the now empty cloak of his former master and he is vex and perplexed at the missing body that should be lying in front of him.
