Okay this of be interesting development that I’ve come across my margin doesn’t believe that I go to church often enough I don’t have the biblical knowledge needed to needed to survive in this day and age so I will start by saying that I don’t go to church as often as I need to this ever because of my job I work mainly on Sundays and on the weekend because my schedule is completely open I’m really tired Sunday nights and I just can’t bring myself to put on my pants and then go back to church I say that because I’m sitting in my shorts are now enjoying my comfortable chair and not standing or sitting in an uncomfortable chair like I do at work I don’t sit it or my decent it’s in an uncomfortable chair so.I will now recite Genesis 11 nickname that tower of Babel I guess that’s more of a heading.Now the whole world had one language and a common speech as people moved eastward they found a plane in Shinar and settled there gas it right they said to each other countless make bricks and bake them thoroughly they use Brak instead of stone and tar from order they said come let us build ourselves a city with a tower that reaches to the heavens so that we may make a name for ourselves otherwise we will be scattered over the face of the whole earth but the Lord came down to see the city and the towers that the people were building the Lord said if one people speaking the same language they have begun to do this the nothing they plan to do will be impossible for them come let us go down interviews are language so that they will not understand each other so Lord scattered them from there over all the earth they stop building the city that is why it was called Babel because the Lord can to use the language of the whole world from there the Lord scattered them over the face of the whole earththat was only Genesis 11 the first nine versus and clearly it’s almost as if the tower of Babel needs to be brought back as mankind is getting so that its reach is reaching for the stars reach and further the heavens and almost as if they are saying that God is no longer needed because we can make men for ourselves and and basically live without God and saying that we’re fine on our own and that we don’t need to believe in a God if we can reach heaven we don’t need to walk a narrow path if our tower can go all the way to the heavens it seems like a silly notion toe one attempts day on earth need to stay on earth and the stand heaven it almost makes you wonder what if this tower if it had been Bill that reached all the way up to heaven and almost sounds like the the ancients wanted to build a space elevator and go in the low orbit which would almost make sense of advanced technologies like that were a confusing point being a science fiction author and almost seems humorous to think like that say that man belts and they got knocked down than built again only to get knocked down one more time you have a say God is a jealous God I think he was jealous he was jealous that these people were building a huge tower to go all the way up to heaven and they weren’t focused on what they would find and have it which would be God to as if they were more focused on building a bridge to heaven to find God they might not of tried to build a bridge to heaven to live in paradise God was always looking for a way to cure man of his disease of his sin and people are just so blind the thought that they can never ever bridge their own gap for their sin.My mom has a favorite saying of she likes to say build a bridge and get over it, it almost seems like these people these agents think at all speak one language they were trying to build a bridge and get over it build literally a stairway to heaven and get over the fact that they had done wrong but they were so focused on the building of the tower that they lost sight of what they were actually looking for which was the forgiveness of God I think that’s one reason I got actually knocked down the tower was the tower will for the bridge to heaven was being worshiped more than the reason for heaven in the first place.The beginning of the chapter in the passage it says that the people moved eastward on the same events from some were in Israel around the Mediterranean Sea maybe but if they moved eastward that means that the geographical point would actually be summerlike in Turkey or Iraq they bill and more eastward and went more toward India doesn’t really say where the people moved they just moved eastward but it would almost have to be a huge place because it says that they built themselves a city with brick instead of stone which means it would have to be near like a water source and tar from order that’s almost reminiscent of a volcano’s tar pits are around volcanoes.
